1) If someone tells you they will do something for you, make sure they put it in writing.

2) Choose at least 1 person as a focal point to keep you on track. (Preferably someone who has longevity in the business)

3) Get in the habit of doing things alone. Because those who are their in the beginning won’t be the same ones at the end.

4) Make sure meetings amongst you and your team are scheduled out. ( The clock is perfect no exceptions)

5) Ask everyone in the beginning are they loyal, test them, and get references.

6) See what their vision is. They can only go as far as they can see. (You want to be around like minded individuals)

7) If you are going to have a mate make sure he or she is in the same business as you are. (Less explaining and complications)

8) Understand that 9-5 hours are not realistic, and develop a hustlers mentality.

9) You know what you want , don’t allow outside competition to blurry your vision.

10) Stand by what you believe in even if it’s alone.
