David Johnson is now a member of Blackstone. Prior to Blackstone, David Johnson was on team Dell as its chief deal maker. Who knows why Blackstone bailed on Dell. Everything seemed to be in place, the people, the money, and the will, but the deal didn’t happen. How quickly minds can change within 24 hours when conducting big business.
