Check out Steve Stoutes book “The Tanning Effect“. He’s been in the music business for a long time and I’ve never met him personally, at least I don’t think so (amnesia). But from an artist point of view I would say the guy actually knows what he’s talking about. And that’s rare in today’s music business because everything is so different now and people don’t know what’s going on. This guy is a genius. He really knows the market. The business needs more people like him.
