Gary it appears whatever you are conversing about will almost certainly the yellow pages and picking out a contractor. In that case your right. But lots of condos think differently. If your dealing that has a contrator for decades and know his get the job done is great loads of board members may desire to seem one other way/ They imagine like this. After the career is completed how would the city know to come in and inspect the position unless someone bird told them. Boards do not go the best way of the permit to save time, money and many times having to obtain a permit can necessarily mean changing the layout of the property. What l indicate is significantly less parking spaces in case you are bringing a parking ton up to code.. I consent the short cut is just not always the very best way. It’s going to normally come back again to bite you to the butt inside the finish. But plenty of assoc feel by not acquiring a permit no one will find out. Trust me me l know that is definitely stupid considering
