BACK2THEFRESH – Jay Z’s been ranked in at #2 for Forbes “Hip Hop Cash Kings” list at $460 Million. What an impressive number from the Roc Nation Leader. $40 more million would have put him at half a billion ($500,000,000) making the glass half full for the race to $1 billion. Making millions is an impressive achievement but do you know that John D Rockefeller comes in at $374 Billion making him number (3) for the top 10 wealthiest men of all time? I bring that up because the title “Hip Hop Cash King” to me just puts a limit on the range of wealth. It’s like saying, “that band sold 10 million singles in a recession but its a hip hop album”, when music is music just like money is money no matter the form of currency (Dollars Euros Pesos Pounds) D.E.P.P. No disrespect to Forbes because I like the concept of Hip Hop Cash King but what I’m saying is that there is another ceiling to focus on when it comes to money. But I’m still proud of Jay Z for consecutively making the Forbes Hip Hop Cash Kings list. Now turn it up, You aint ******* with my clique.
