My favorite 3 strategies out of the seven are “Guard Your Time“, “Define Your Boundaries“, and “Learn To Say No“. The other four are as important but I find those 3 to be more attractive because they really set the tone for freedom. But like I mentioned they are “my favorite” strategies.
