I could use a massage right about now. My body is sore from my British workout. You know the kind of massage where she puts warm oil on her hands? And places both of them on your shoulders? And then runs them up and down your spine. I think that’s a deep tissue massage. That’s my favorite kind of massage. Especially when I’m fresh out of the shower or hot tub. Know I mean?
