BACK2THEFRESH (AP) Everyone around the world should be familiar with the occupy movement already. So far people have been occupying for more money. But there are more important things that need to be occupied before the money can properly circulate like #OCCUPYTONA. TONA is short for Titles Of Nobility Amendment. It’s The Original 13th Article Of Amendment To The Constitution For The United, It states that If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive or retain, any title of nobility or honour, or shall, without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.

I strongly think this amendment should be upgraded and altered for the 21st century. And no one needs it now more than ever than  entertainers and celebrities. For one if you accept a title of nobility from a king, prince, emperor, or royal power, then you are no longer a citizen of the United States. And if you aren’t a citizen than you can’t work, you can’t drive, you can’t do anything. What good is it to live in a country with an elite gift such as a Title Of Nobility when you will only be looked at as an illegal alien? That has to be one of thee biggest flaws in the United States Constitution. And not only that but it’s also a smack on the face to the one who’s giving the title away. And 2 if you accept a Title Of Nobility you are unable to hold any office of trust or profit under them. So If an entertainer or a celebrity accepted a Title Of Nobility today they would not be able to run for President if they wanted to.

Here is what I think my fellow entertainers and celebrities should do. I think they should press hard on the concept of upgrading TONA for the 21st century, by making it the new law of the land. If an entertainer or celebrity accepts a Title Of Nobility, they should be able to operate in the United States not only as a citizen, but still be able to hold any office of trust.
