Jack Dorsey (Jack is back) is the founder of Square and Olivier Bassil is the co-founder of SQUA.RE. Square is an electronic payment service that lets you accept credit card payments with your iphone, android, and ipad originating in the United States. And SQUA.RE is a platform about luxury, style, and lifestyle based in London. These are two entirely different companies with similar names. Far from Coke and Pepsi where you have different names but taste the same, these are two separate markets. I can definitely see these two squaring up “working together”. Both are advanced in their separate markets. Square allows a person to go inside of a store and purchase something without their credit cards, all they have to do is say their name. In this case your name is worth more than your credit card. And SQUA.RE speaks for itself, “Everyone Comes To SQUA.RE”. All squared up…
