Last quarter I went inside of this apartment building to check out the apartments. The apartment building is strategically located in an area that is growing. On the first floor there is a conference room that’s accessible to its tenants. The apartments looked great. I was impressed with the overall floor plan. The developer owns properties all over the area. He also owns another building not too far from it that’s being designed. It’s supposed to have all condos inside. They don’t know exactly when they will be finished with the building because a market doesn’t exist for it yet. That’s what was told to me. My whole thing about not “completing” a product because a market doesn’t exist is the wrong way to go about it no matter the size of the product. You have to create your own market. And in today’s economy you have to use different tactics and be open to different ideas in order to make that market appear.

I wouldn’t just sit on a property that size without collecting revenue because you’re still paying taxes making it a liability as opposed to an asset. The building should make “atleast”  $100,000 per year in revenue once all condos are rented out. The money is waiting on you and she isn’t loyal and never has been.
