The Queen hosted a garden party at Buckingham Palace and 8,000 people attended. I haven’t been to one yet but I’m sure tea, cakes , and a beautiful garden is therapeutic. She holds at least 3 parties at Buckingham Palace each summer, and one at The Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh.
