On multiple occasions I’ve written about  how people should protect the earth and how I’m against deforestation. I love forest and trees. If it weren’t for trees I don’t think the oxygen above sea level would be breathable. Forest and trees have been around way before mankind. I’m not one of those guys who yells “Save The Earth” because It’s cool to say. I say it because I really care about the planet because I have a greater “understanding”. And that places me in a position to write about it, to talk about it, and to inform people who don’t know how precious forest are.

Trees are alive and they need love just like every other living organism. Just because they don’t speak in your language and don’t look like you do, doesn’t mean you should disrespect them.

A few months ago I felt pretty bad after I trimmed the top of my ex fiances trees in her garden. I mean it gave her a better view to look at but it didn’t make me feel good. I felt like a hypocrite because I’m really against deforestation. It still doesn’t sit right with me. I might have to plant 1000 trees to make things right.  If you listen to the lyrics of my song “My Norwegian Summer” at the bottom, you’ll see that I was also talking about nature. I’ll never trim the top of another tree as long as I live…
