If a 12-year-old with the intelligent’s of someone with a master’s degree sat in a room with other 12 year olds. What are the chances that those other 12 year olds are going to be able to relate to the 12-year-old with the intelligents of someone with a master’s degree? The chances are very slim. In-fact that 12-year-old may only feel comfortable around others with the intelligence of a master’s degree or equivalent. They would only feel comfortable around that kind of person because the other 12 year olds aren’t trained to think like him/her. So “in their minds” that 12-year-old is different so something must be wrong with it. Now depending on whether that 12-year-old is a “people person” will determine how the situation will turn out. Being a people person always smooths out a situation no matter what. Intelligents may be a separating factor but being a people person is  definitely a connector.
