According to Fortune the banking organizational structure has been going through a major change recently beginning at the very top, at least on Wall Street. Occupy Wall Street shouldn’t place the blame entirely on the bankers, because even the bankers have trouble with bills and some are even throwing in the towel. John Owens said, “A number of bankers have recently told me I need X to cover my bills.
